TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE (TCS)

1. Purpose

These Terms and Conditions govern all sales made on the IMANI website www.imanistlye.com between the brand and any individual making a purchase (the “Customer”).

2. Products

Fashion items printed on demand. Visuals and colors may vary slightly depending on screens and printing processes.

3. Prices

Prices are listed in EUR including VAT (unless stated otherwise). Shipping fees are displayed before payment. IMANI reserves the right to modify prices at any time (the applicable price is the one shown at the time of the order).

4. Orders

Order confirmation constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. IMANI reserves the right to refuse an order in case of obvious irregularity, suspected fraud, or prior dispute.

5. Payment

Secure payment via Shopify Payments / credit card / PayPal (subject to availability). The order is charged upon confirmation.

6. Availability & Production

Products are manufactured after the order is placed (print-on-demand). In the event of exceptional unavailability of materials/models, IMANI will inform the Customer and offer either a refund or an equivalent product.

7. Delivery

Indicative timeframes: preparation 2–5 business days + shipping 5–10 business days (depending on destination). A tracking link is provided when available. Delivery times are not guaranteed and may vary (carrier delays, customs, seasonal peaks).

8. Receipt & Risk

Risk of loss or damage transfers upon delivery to the address provided by the Customer. Please check the parcel upon receipt and report any issue to the carrier, then to customer service within 48 hours.

9. Withdrawal Right & Returns

In accordance with applicable regulations, personalized or made-to-order products may be excluded from the right of withdrawal. IMANI accepts returns only in cases of proven defect or production error (incorrect size/model/graphic). Any request must be submitted within 7 days of receipt, with photos, to imanishopstyle@gmail.com. Once validated, a solution will be offered: replacement or refund. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

10. Legal Guarantees

The Customer benefits from applicable legal guarantees (conformity and hidden defects, according to local law). In case of defect, please contact imanishopstyle@gmail.com with proof of purchase and photos.

11. Personal Data

Collected data is processed for order management purposes. Please refer to the Website’s Privacy Policy for more details (rights of access, rectification, deletion, etc.).

12. Intellectual Property

All IMANI content, visuals and trademarks are protected. Any unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

13. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the law of the seller’s country (to be specified). In case of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought prior to any legal action.
